What should I wear for my business portrait?

Choose clothing that reflects your profession and makes you feel confident. Solid, neutral colors usually work best. Avoid heavy patterns, large logos, or overly bright colors unless they’re part of your brand.

Can you come to my office for the shoot?

Yes, I offer on-location sessions at your office or another professional setting. I also work outdoors or with simple mobile setups depending on your preference and the look you want.

Do you help with posing? I’m not comfortable in front of the camera.

Absolutely. I’ll guide you through natural, confident poses and help you relax during the shoot. You don’t need to worry about how to stand or smile – that’s my job!

Can I book a portrait session for my whole team?

Yes. I regularly photograph teams and can set up a smooth workflow for larger groups. We can shoot individual portraits, team photos, or both – depending on your needs.

How long does a business portrait session take?

Individual sessions usually take 30–45 minutes. Team sessions vary depending on the number of people but are planned to be efficient and relaxed.

How many photos do I get?

You’ll receive a handpicked selection of professionally edited images – usually between 5 and 10, depending on the session. Additional edits are available on request.

Can I use the photos for social media and my website?

Yes, absolutely. All photos come with full usage rights for personal and business use – including LinkedIn, websites, social media, and printed materials.

What if I need new portraits in the future?

I offer recurring or update sessions for returning clients. Whether you change your look, your role, or just want a refresh – we can schedule follow-ups anytime.
